Possession of Piyush Heights

The people from Piyush group are telling that they are going to send final possession letter within 1 or 2 days.

Hopefully, they will hold back the extra demand, else the builder will be behind bars once again after September.

And there was some news about Piyush Group's new luxury project in sector 88, in order to sell it, I guess, Ideally builder should not put extra burden on the buyers of PH.

Agreed. If Piyush Group tries to cheat and loot buyers of Piyush Heights for its new project, then they should be ready to face long arms of law and justice. It should come out with a final demand that is legal and justified. We will not allow ourselves to be looted and cheated.

Enquired at piyush customer care. they are saying that letters are despatched and demand is same as it was for fitout.
grim situation regarding delay penalty is also there.

I received the revised offer letter for possession of F tower flat. All charges appear same except appx. 20K less on EDC (known to all earlier) but with increased penalty of late payment.

Builder is still forcing us to pay -
1. 2,49 lacs for EEC, IPTV, WIFI, Telecom which is huge from one dweller!!!!
2. 20K for the reticulated gas, which is failure (facing in my present society, having paid 20K for it now getting replaced with IGL)
3. Enhanced Super area, while basis still undisclosed.

Lets decide on abiding to above such charges.

OC received by Piyush height for 3rd phase.

Piyush has received OC for B,E,M,N and EWS. They have uploaded the OC in their website.

Now if we go by the OC of D , P ,O received earlier and OC received from B,E, M , N and EWS now , you will fine a new clause in point no 20 which says " As and When Stay is vacated in CWP no 5823 of 2013 , you will pay Enhanced EDC as demanded by Dept " . This clearly indicates that whatever amount they had collected from us as EEDC may not have been deposited to Govt and dept is not charging the same also to Builder as of now.

This OC also mentioned what are FAR sanctioned as per original plan and what are FAR achieved and you will find that there is no difference. They how they the super area is increased by 10% from 1164 to 1168 sq ft.

Now keep your finger crossed about additional extra amount they will be charging in different heads . Moreover they are also charging 5%,6% and 7% stamp duty on for women. joint and Male. Can some members who are already staying in PIYUSH Height and completed registry process can throw some light or member from other societies can through some light who has already done Registry.

1. Who is the supplier of piped gas for Piyush Heights?
2.Who has fitted piped gas in piyush heights? Is the company which installed piped gas in this complex authorised by the gas supplier.
3. Does the supplier install the system and if so at what cost.

If we can we should tell the builder to charge only what the gas supplier will charge us.

"ADANI" is the only company laying the gas pipe line in FARIDABAD. What is the amount being charged by Piyush Buildwell from the allottees? Please confirm.

Adani Gas has no plans for laying gas pipe line in the eastern side of Agra canal( Neharpaar area) in Faridabad, so far. Also it is informed that Adani Gas is charging INR 5100.00 ONLY per flat/house.
