We at Central park 2 Residents Welfare Association in Gurgaon registered our RWA in 10 days flat after forming a RWA with only 7 members. We have been able to muster the support of over 100 members in a society which is not even been handed over to residents. In addition we already have had 2 meetings with highest level of management of Builder and have secured major concessions through STP and are ready to take the battle to the next level (Courts)!

We are glad to know that things are progressing well for Central Park residents, Wish you all the best and do keep us posted with the progress

In our case, We were trying to get ourselves registered for past few months, but faced few challenge as majority of us are not residents of Faridabad, have not received possession yet and and did not had any address for registered office, This lead to some delays and our application got rejected earlier, leading to slight rework, This time we had support of few faridabad locals and which helped us improve the turnaround time, Hope we would be in poistion to use this experience while forming our respective RWA's post possession. Now that we are an official entity, we hope it help in conveying the strength

Congratulations to everyone on this forum for getting the official identity. This society has been registered because of the efforts of the active team members who have been able to devote their valuable time for the united cause. I'm constantly traveling from past few days, therefore could not connect on this forum.
