Hi Ashish, I am not able to open the embedded files in the word document. Is it possible to upload the response from DHBNVN directly?

They have sent me a photo copy of RTI reply. Readability is also low there in photocopy and some words are missing. You will have to guess the sentence :-)

I am attaching again the JPEG image. Kindly open through MS office picture manager and zoom it accordingly. MS Paint can be also used to open these documents.

Regards
Kumar Ashish

Hi Ashish,

Thanks a lot for sharing RTI information.

This RTI reply shows that Builder can apply for Electricity Connection to DHBVN without having any basic infrastructure in that area.

Earlier we were in the impression that DHVBN will not provide the Load to Societies, until there are Sector Roads available. Now it is cleared from this RTI reply.

So, Can all Respective Leaders from different societies association file RTI for their Projects and can ask DHVBN that whether their Builders applied for Electricity connection or not.
(for those, where Possession are given or to be given within next 2 ~ 3 Months –Like BPTP Graundra, Omaxe Heights, Piyush Heights, Ozone Park, SPR Imperial estate, BPTP Princess Park etc. )

Not necessarily, leaders only need to file RTIs, any member from that Project can File RTI and then can share with Forum.
This way we would know, that whether builders are taking some action to provide facilities, which can be arranged immediately or not.

regards
