I got one mail from RPS customer care sharing one news in HT with advertisement of Savana. Builders started encashing Noida Extn issue to promote Greater Faridabad area.....may be good for us

With the sudden shock of Noida Extension, the property market of Faridabad is becomining hot again.This is substantiated by the innumerable calls and sms to BPTP Elite Floor Owners from all the property dealers. These dealers are seeing a golden oppurtunity in Elite Floor Owners as they are aware that everybody will not be able to pay the new demand of BPTP and hence would sell the unit.
I work in Noida and the general feeling among the Noida Extension Unit Holders is to get a refund from the builder and invest the same in Faridabad. Even those flat owners of Noida Extension who have not been affected by the Supreme court ruling are seriously thinking of asking for a refund from their builder and invest in Greater Faridabad. Greater Faridabad is thus going to be the next hot property destination of NCR.
