BPTP Parkland Plots - No promise fulfilled

Postby akhil.kumar » Sat Apr 16, 2011 11:55 pm

Promises not fulfilled
1. Plot allotment not per booking in particular phase
2. Plot not allotted per priority
3. Agreement delivered by BPTP in more than six months and then asking for interest
4. PLC charges changes from booking, to allotment, then agreement and after the agreement
5.Possession notice:-without any facility
6. When asked for possession:-No possession being provided
7. No possession but asking for maintenance.

Is every one suffering from above? Any forum for this? Please advise.

Yes,I totally agree with all the points mentioned above.I need to construct the house on urgent basis.BPTP does not respond to any of the querries.I donot know whom to approach.
In the mean time,I am told that decision on increased EDC has been taken. Can someone tell me how much increase has taken place.I have yet to hear from BPTP.
Ultimately, when shall we be able to construct the house.

Dear Parveen,

From the feedback which i got from couple of brokers, the rates in Phase 1 (Blocks A to E) are in the range of Rs. 25000 to 31000 per sq yard. For Phase 2 , the rates would be around 10-15% lower, the blocks which you have mentioned would fall under Phase 2.

Future prospects are good, if development happens. Things in Faridabad take time to develop, so this area will get developed but once its developed than it will be nice because planning wise its layout and everything is good. Sewewrage syetem, roads etc all are well planned. So, execution is the key.

The biggest concern as of now is the steep increase in EDC. Hopefully, we should get a stay from the High court because the hike which the builders and brokers are talking about is steep and it will pinch the buyers a lot. They are talking about the increase of ~ Rs. 1680 per sq yard, so lets see.

Regards,
Gaurav
