Meeting With Faridabad DC on 21st Sept at 11AM

Hi All,

You all must be aware of our meeting with Faridabad DC- Dr Praveen Kumar held on 20th May, 11 at his office.
In that meeting few builders were also present.
In that meeting DC instructed GFWA and other buyers to submit complaint to DTP and DC office against the Builders.
With the help of all of you, GFWA submitted complaints against many builders to DTP and DC.

Since then we were following with DC and DTP office for the action taken by them against the Builders.

But we were not getting anything concrete.
Now finally, with the efforts of our Core member Mr Rahul and GFWA Member Mr Umesh,

DC fixed up a meeting on 21st Sept'11 at 11AM.

This date is Tentative and will be reconfirm with his DC's PA on Monday.
Same meeting will be joined by DTP and ATP, may be HUDA administrator or one of his team.

So you are requested to pls be ready for that meeting and reach in large numbers.

Final Date and time will be confirmed on Monday.

Note : Due to Proposed meeting with DC, Protest planned on Sunday i.e. on 18th Sept'11 is called off.
After the meeting with DC and outcome of the same, we can plan the same in near future.

Pls prepare Builder wise agenda and put summarized issues list before DC.

I would say, the representatives who submitted complaints earlier to DC and DTP office on the behalf of their members so represent again for the same.

Pls reach in Large numbers.

Note : DC check the facts of your complaints, so prepare To the point issue list with proper proof.

Suman has posted valuable information in thread "Demand Letter received for increased EDC Charges for BPTP Princess Park"

I think based on the information posted by Suman, why not GFWA push for making revised EDC payment to builder at time of possession and that too without any penalty. If HUDA is charging any penalty that has to be born by the builder itself, this may put indirect pressure on builder to complete construction at the earliest.
Builder also always says that any extra payment or delayed penalty will be adjusted at time of possession and that too without any interest.

I think this point of making revised EDC payment at time of possession can made when meeting with DC on 21st September. If DC Dr. Praveen Kumar also agrees to this point or at least find some merit in this point this will definitely put pressure on builder.
