Just wanted to know how many of us have or are planning to pay the extra podium space amount which has been asked by the builder.

Dear Fellow Sufferers of Piyush Heights,
I am one of the flat owners who have been assigned podium without asking and now the builder is asking for extra amount. We had indicated almost a year back that I don't want the podium, but still they have sent interest amount against the podium price.
Whoever has a podium attached to their flat, please respond and get together.
