Negatives
-Not all towers at same progress levels, making it difficult to shift immediately for possesion offered towers
- Lot of delay
- false promises of timely delivery, but still better than other builders in the same area

My name is Gaurav Garg and i am requesting all the owners from OSCAR,MILLENIUM,OSAKA,MONDONG,VICTORIA towers to be united and fight for the waiver of park facing amount because there is no park now for these towers.

This is one of the apt investment options in GF - Both for end user and for investors. Proximity to some of the most premium sectors in Faridabad, huge parks for kids, flat layout and size make it a perfect option.
Construction quality is just average and one should not have high hopes on that. Facilities inside are fine and getting in order slowly and steadily. Formation of RWA has been another positive point.
I think omaxe heights has been one of the best projects within NEHARPAR area.My rating is based on performance between omaxe & other NEHARPAR builders.The area in itself failed to progress & so the builders.
This is one of the few projects which offered possession.Though omaxe cheated every buyer financially (non adjustment of late possession penalty,additional podium charges etc)it is still better than its rivals.
its a good project, quality is not very good but acceptable. Its value for money, better than many other builders like rps, triveni, bptp, kst etc. Once all amenities in place, its a place where people can live happly
OMAXE Heights Sector 86, 4 Years are about to complete but the project is still not delivered. All the time peoples trying to misguiede users with false statements.
Quality to the consutruction are also very BAD.
I was having very good opinion with OMAXE before, such developers have to be banned......
