RPS Savana Posession Demand Notice

Hi All,

Recently received latest demand notice by RPS Savana which has extremely unjustified addition of demands (Enhanced EDS, Interest on Enhanced EDC, VAT etc.)

Can someone please suggest or guide me on how to deal this this situation. We know that this demand is completely incorrect and we need to raise it with law authority but that would mean delaying the payment which will further increase the penalty and delay in possession.

Need urgent help on this matter. Can someone please help on this matter.
