Hi Sameer,

Nope really as you can see the Forum. There was no mail after that.

I put a mail to RPS for delay and the current status asking the schedule for how they are going to achieve the dec 2012 Target but got the standard reply without any concrete data or schedule.

I am not expert in Construction but i dont see this finishing in dec 2012 really.

it seems like everybody has already tried their efforts.

I am trying to plan visit in one of the coming weeks. Will update all if gets something concrete.

Postby cujatin » Mon Mar 26, 2012 10:54 pm

Hi All

I made a site visit on sunday 25 march 2012 and found following observation.

All ways to the construction site has been blocked and you need to get some assistance from marketing office to go with you to see your tower.

The work on EWS Flats are going on at some pace. However there were hardly few workers working in the all Towers.
There is no sign of starting of work on the outer side of the Towers means internal infrastucture like roads, park etc.
There is no sign of work starting on STP.
There is no Sign of work starting on Lifts.
There will be still waiting time for approvals from the Govt agencies.

More or less the picture of the construction site remains same as i visited last time (NOV 2011).it means at NOv 2011 also the period seems to be one year for completion and today also it looks to be one year from now(Execption of EWS flats started building.

Thanks

I have talked to a lawyer friend re situation in RPS, they have suggested that we should file a case in consumer court, it will be quicker decision than civil courts etc. What do other members here think of this, and if yes, then we can hire a lawyer and proceed. ?

Hello all
All Builders are know that common people will never think to move any court. If we go these builder fight their case with our money , which they will take in another way form us.They are behaving like a BULL. Now its time for all investors of every project to ready to s**t on that BULLS. Every project wise investors join their hand and move at consumer court. 99.9% decision goes in the favor of consumers.

Happy brotherhood

RPS SAVANA NEWS

Postby neeraj_pgcilnov » Tue May 15, 2012 9:12 pm

Respected members,

Today I talked to Mr Jain of RPS group & what he replied is not a good news for RPS SAVANA customer.
He said that:

1.Possession will start from w.e.f Dec 2012.
2.Possession will be given for 2/2+1 BHK first.
3. Then 3 BHK posession will start.
4.Posession of 3+1 BHK will start from Dec 2013 i.e. Purple Hazel customer have to wait till dec 2013.

Question arises??

while selling they promise .....but reality is different.....
I booked in Nov 2007 Pur.Hazel 3+1 BHK but they are saying that they will give posession in Dec 2013 almost 3 year late.

Almost 90 % we have already paid but still we do't have house in our hand.???
I have lost the hope...
Member may please advise.

Thanks for Informations.
I think that the image of RPS is very poor regarding commitment for possession. He always commits and always extended possession date. This type’s activity is habit of RPS. After Dec.2013 I am sure RPS extend again possession for Dec.2014 than Dec. 2015 ………..to till high/much agitation by Savana member. All member think about this and needs to started high level agitation/pressure on RPS, then can you hope for passion within Dec. 2013.
He know that Savana members are not pressurize for doing work on fast track, so why rps do this. Needs all members may build-up pressure on RPS management for doing possession of all units up to May-June 2013 or for giving/started penalty? RPS always says penalty is adjusted at the time of possession. I think started penalty and calculate adjustment at the time of possession.
90% work/payment is completed, only 15-20% works remaining. For completion of 15-20% work taking one & half year (1+1/2 years).why he not completed 15-20% within a year.
Needs show our strength in front of RPS management, than comes out some fruitful results otherwise home dream not possible before 2015. :hap5: :bleh: :S
