Builders sharing our contact details with property dealers

Builders continue to play unfair tricks and cheating to us. Now, I am having a proof that my builder has shared contact details of all flat owners to local property dealers. For the last 1 month, my wife and myself are getting 4-5 SMSes every day to sell our flat from property dealers. Our flat is in joint name.

My wife had never shared her mobile number with anyone except with our builder. Local property dealers in Faridabad are sending very customized messages. They know all the details.

When we ask our builders to share list with us so that we can communicate, they flatly deny.

How come they have shared our contact details with local property dealers in Faridabad?

It is now confirmed ! Builders have NO ethics. For few thousand rupees, they have sold all customer data to various property dealers. This customer data contains all our details including full name, complete address, all contact numbers, e-mail address.

All neharpar builders have done this. Data for any builder is available by paying just Rs 1000.

It is time to ACT and STOP these malpractices by builders
