Dear Dinesh,

Thanks for this. Yes, this is is the right document as it mentiones payment of 15% interest. What a way to fool people, how can they charge interest on something which was not due. At max what they should have done is that applied a compunding of 10% p.a on these charges since last notification as they have done for regular computation.
