Possesion - Covered parking not available

After I made final payment to Omaxe and went on to book parking, I was shocked to know that no covered parking was available in Victoria tower. My booking had covered parking in it for which they had already taken 1.5 L. When I checked with Omaxe HC, they informed me that I don't have any other option than to opt for Open parking. They said they will refund the remaining amount in 45-60 days. CC said that it will be 75000 rs, but they are not willing to mention this amount in writing. Will go to Omaxe office this weekend.

Anyone else is facing such an issue.
