Shiv Sai Builder is offering possession of flats to Sai Park flat owners in Sector 87, Greater Faridabad. However, there are charges like Material Escalation, Bulk Supply, EEDC, Prepaid / Electricity Meter Installation, Solar Water Heater, Sewage Treatment Plant, Fire Fighting, Labour Cess etc. which totals upto nearly Rs 3 lakhs!!!! In addition are the VAT Security charges of 1.35 lakhs. Does anyone have an idea whether these charges could be billed by the builder - especially Material Escalation and Bulk Supply which together adds up to Rs 1.5 lakhs!! Any insight will be highly appreciated!
