What about person already submitted the amount? Will KLJ adjust this in future payments?

Hello eveyone registerd with klj for a flat in greens. Has anyone who has booked a flat in 2007 or 2008 and has received now ( say within 3 or 4 weeks) a document from KLJ offering possession and demanding plus of some ten lacs.what ought to be further course of action in such cases?
