Dear Members

We need to fight with builder, the grandura by bptp is big sucess and people started living, bptp provides basic infrastructures.

The work on RPS and Piyush are going very slow, we need to put preasure on them to commit the date of pocession with internal developements, the basic infrastructure and internal developement are the commitment of the builder.

We should not loose our focus, the builder can only help us, because they have the financial and political power. It is important for them to complete their current project to sale the future project.

As the farmers protest is solved yesterday, this is good sign for us and the builders can put presure on government for developement. arrainge a protest on RPS and Piyush Office.

Regards
Retheesh

Thanks, Retheesh for updates..As I discussed with you in the morning, there is only a verbal communication from farmers that they are withdrawing protests as CWG Baton is reaching there. But, there are no written commitments. In this regard, I will point out that farmers had given verbal commitments before Chief Minister (in July) that a package of 65 lakhs/acre is acceptable to them but they did not honor their promise later. So, we should wait for an official written communication from farmers organization.

Definitely, we should push our builders for providing us internal infrastructure and handing over possession. We are doing meeting with our builder (Piyush) on 16th Oct.

Dheeraj

Farmers Agittation have stopped and it is already published in Dainik jagran.

http://in.jagran.yahoo.com/news/local/h ... 733_1.html
http://in.jagran.yahoo.com/news/local/h ... 769_1.html

Please go thru it.
It is a positive sign as far as seriousness by Adminsitration is concerned. Farmers have already scaled down there demand to circle rate instead of min 2 crore/Acre. Secondly, some farmers have already started taking Reward instead of agitating on a daily basis

Re: Farmers have ONLY suspended agitation for 1 month

Postby dheerajjain » Fri Oct 01, 2010 5:32 pm

Administration has given assurances to farmers that they will submit their demands before Govt. Whether Govt. accepts or rejects, it needs to be seen. If assurances are not met, then farmers have again threatened to start agitation after 1 month. Please see:
