Ferrous City- Legal Issues

Hi, I am consumer of a Flat in Ferrous City Phase 1. I called up HDFC bank for transferring my Loan from my existing bank. They told, they can't take it over, b'coz Ferrous has got some legal issue.

I had a visit today and found that works are almost stopped there.

I am really anxious about the issue.
Can anybody give correct information about it?
