Wrongly PLC Charged - BPTP princess Park

Dear All.

I Bought a Flat in BPTP Princess Park last year . As per the agreement there was no PLC . Now BPTP princess park is offering possession and charging PLC on roadside by setting up a small 10*10 sq ft of landscape .

BPTP is not considering the flat buyer agreement and sayinh that you have to pay this.

No is listening and now they have stopped me entering in my Flat.

Anyone interested in going for consumer court case
