Ansal Royal Heritage & Faridabad Eye Projects in dispute, Public Notice issued

Greetings

20 acres+ with 50 flats per acre density (appx) imply testing times for 1000 families ahead!!! I dont think those investing their lives saving, deserve this. Another 100 acres (appx) of such land owned by DD is already in dispute with BPTP.

I am forwarding the concerns to my contacts. If you feel for the buyers and end users, post this Public Notice on all social media, electronic/print and RWA links.

This project is a long long away from being delivered. Therefore all invested to take their own informed decision.

All invested in projects on POA, Assignment, license not in the name of payee of installment, need to be cautious and obtain status of legality of project from DTCP through RTI.

Why it is necessary that the builder who is selling the project to public at large be the land owner and the licensee... cause future is uncertain... brothers part.. collaborations get revoked.. disputes arise .. who ends up loosing... its the End Consumer.. see what has happened once again in a project... Therefore people be aware, if any other company owns land and license please make sure you have an agreement with both for sale and development of the project, at least thats what the laws of Haryana state... rest is always your judgement!! Take care!!

PUBLIC NOTICE
ANSAL ROYAL HERITAGE & FARIDABAD EYE, SECTOR 70, FARIDABAD

This public notice is being published on behalf of M/s Pivotal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (the ‘Company’), which is the promoter and developer of the Projects named as Ansal Royal Heritage and Faridabad Eye (situated at Sec. 70, Faridabad), in light of the malicious and misleading public notice published on behalf of one M/s DD Global Capital Limited in certain newspapers on 20 January 2014.

We wish to allay any fears or misgiving that may have been caused to any of our existing or prospective customers, stakeholders and public in general.

At the outset it is emphatically reiterated that the projects ANSAL ROYAL HERITAGE AND FARIDABAD EYE ARE ABSOLUTELY SAFE AND CLEAR OF ANY CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES that has been alleged to be portrayed by M/s DD Global Capital Limited. WE ARE COMMITTED TO AND SHALL DELIVER THE FLATS TO OUR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS AS PER OUR AGREEMENT AND ABSOLUTELY FREE FROM ANY ENCUMBRANCE OR CLAIMS.

The aforementioned public notice by M/s DD Global Capital Limited is a malicious and desperate attempt to illegally extract certain benefits by creating inconvenience for the Company. We wish to clearly state that M/s DD Global Capital Limited has no valid claim against the Company or any of its Projects. Kindly note that THE HON’BLE HIGH COURT OF DELHI HAS NOT ISSUED ANY INTERIM STAY AGAINST THE PROJECTS AND HAS PASSED NO ADVERSE REMARK OR FINDINGS. M/s DD Global Capital Limited is presenting normal court order as an adverse finding against the Company, which is clearly indicative of their malicious intent.

The public notice given by M/s DD Global Capital in newspapers on 20 January 2014 is malicious and misleading and intended to create mischief and inconvenience. We are going to immediately initiate strict legal action against M/s DD Global Capital Limited for such malicious campaign. BOTH THE PROJECTS NAMELY, ANSAL ROAYAL HERITAGE AND FARIDABAD EYE ARE ABSOLUTELY SAFE AND FREE FROM ANY CLAIMS OF M/S DD GLOBAL CAPITAL LIMITED. WE SHALL DELIVER THE FLATS TO OUR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS AS PER OUR AGREEMENT AND ABSOLUTELY FREE FROM ANY ENCUMBRANCE OR CLAIMS.

SBI has already stopped any new loan in the project from OCTOBER. This shows that all is not well.Court will give verdict on july. BEWARE.

Other banks always collude with corrupt builders to earn interest and loot general public, full full cooperation of RBI & Ombudsman.

The Court proceedings between the 2 companies going on in Delhi high court at http://delhihighcourt.nic.in/dhc_case_s ... pno=680733 cannot be denied by either .

No idea what PIVOTAL is doing with the project as today when I called up PIVOTAL, they just reverted that they will be awarding the procession by Dec 2016 which I personally doubt as there has hardly been any progress since last 8 months on the project............... as they are already saying to pay a penalty of INR 7.5/- per sq.ft. per month which means it is going to get even more delayed.

We must unite together and discuss...

Can you ask with builder ,Why such type language used with his customer?
Have any problem regarding possession ??

Just I had talk with his representative regarding possession of first face tower.
She is saying that Possession will provide up to Dec.2015.
