News of ERA Divine Court

hi,

i went to their office in noida sec 3. it is closed and building is 'for rent' . does anybody has any idea where their new/other office is where we can try to find them ?

It seems that the Builder is not going to deliver the project "Era Divine Court High Rise Sector - 76 Faridabad". We all who has booked the unit in this project know that construction has been halted since quite a long tine.

On 27-Jun-2015, I have received a letter electronically from Era Landmarks, which is saying that "We will appraise you the status and share our construction and development plan by mid June - July". ...

The time has come for all the low rise buyers to unite and demand early possession of their flat. The builder has been making all of us to wait for our flats for no fault of ours.

RTI filed by our senior member shows how builders are playing with hard earned life time savings of buyers by creating third party rights. Already, serious legal issues have been created in licences of Triveni. Countrywide (BPTP) is also playing with life time savings of buyers by creating third party rights without informing DTCP.

Can anybody tell me the current price (in resale) 250 sq yard for ERA divine court low rise floor in sector 76.
What is the date of expected possession?? and reviews about the society and its location??

when the ERA Divine Court Low Rise 250 sq yd and 180 Sq Yd possession will be offered. will we get the possession this year or not
