Few questions about IDC
On the DTCP website http://tcpharyana.gov.in/ , one does come across a section Fees and Charges> and select "Other charges".
This sheet provides IDC rates for Hyper Potential, High Potential, Medium Potential and Low Potential rates applicable for Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial and Group Housing charges applicable from 28th Jan 08

I have recently received 12th installment from ferrous Infrastructure for "completion of internal flooring", it also includes >10% of service tax applicability.

Can you please let us know what to do with this? Is this correct to pay this much service tax which is coming as extra burden on our back..

Inspite of the fact that Omaxe delayed possession due to pending EDC.

It is now asking for holding charges from back date inspite of the fact that it agreed with RWA that it will not levy any holding charges for 2011.

does anyone have any information about holding charges and what is omaxe policy on that.

Friends today I visited sector 77 to see that Gawar Construction has started work or not, I am sorry to say that master work has not started in a good speed . There is only one bulldozer who is leveling the master road. Can’t say that bulldozer is from Gawar Construction.
