Minutes of Meeting for Faridabad by Principal Secretrary,Haryana

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to check for some information on HUDA website and found the following.

Proceedings of the Review Meeting of Faridabad Zone held under the Chairmanship of Sh.S.S.Dhillon, IAS, the
Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana on 28-4-2011 at
11:00 AM in the Conference Hall, 6th Floor, Haryana New Secretariat, Sector-17, Chandigarh.

Request everyone to go through the attached Meeting Minutes dated May 9, 2011 carefully as there are some remarks of HUDA Chairman on the functioning of HUDA Faridababd Zone as well as some answers and clues that we can take for further follow up and action formulation.

Dheeraj, request your help in editing and posting specific relevant pages only, if possible as I just have an Adobe Reader. The report has a lot of information on Neharpar Development, Metro and some other areas as well.

Kindly go through Pages 1 - 4, 6 - 8, 10 (for Metro Rail) definitely.

The attendees list is present on Page 12 of this report.

For information of all, this is a public document taken from HUDA website. We can demand answers from HUDA based on Minutes of Meeting contained in it.

Dear Gaurav,

This is excellent information. The document mentions June 2013 as the date for completing the master services, so does that mean that this is an internal deadline which they have set.

Also, the recent activity which we are seeing may be a result of this meeting.
