The last images posted by savana management shows the tower is almost 8 stories complete. Not sure what is the progress in last one month.

This is Gaurav, would be a resident of T7 - 1707.

2 Questions..

1: Any Idea .. what would be expected month of possession?
During the sales process, they said it would be last quarter of 2009 or else 1st quarter of 2010, but now they say .. last quarter of 2010

2: Mine is a construction linked payment plan. Which means: RPS pays the pre-emi directly to bank .. till possession. Now i am hearing that this is only till 18 months of booking (Jan 2010). afterwards .. you have to get it reimbursed from RPS. Is it so and same with you guys? Sale Deed desn't seem to be clear on this part.

Are we only 4 on T-7... that's not Great.
Gaurav I'll come to you're home to have scenic view from you're floor- no need to tell will bother you for coffee :-)
You can spend evening whenever it will be too hot in summer to have some some cool cold/hot drink :-)
Amitabh is on same floor as me so I already have some plan to bother him everyday!!!!

Hi Mukesh,

Good dreams........... gr8 to know that we both are in the same floor, do you think it is possible to live there in 2011!! I mean to say all infra will be in place???? I doubt on this, lets file the RTI now so that at least something will be there in 2011.

Hey Amithav,
I am positive but not sure.... might be recent election results may be a wakeup call to officials. Though I don't see any harm in filing RTI.

Hope by 2011 atleast some infra would be in-place where we can live and we can take it from there...

Latest construction update of RPS savana as on 1st Nov 09

I saw some periodic update on pictures. Like Today's Pic, for T-7, I saw there some brick-work on 6-Floor too for some units... not sure it is from different side of apartment or RPS is updating those pics on daily basis w/o updating As-Of-Date.....
