RPS Savana Purple Hazel Construction Status

I received Demand Notice after more than 2 years for internal plaster (as 90%) on dated 14-March-2014 of our Unit B-9/PH-9 [Purpul Hazal (3+S BHK)] tower in RPS SAVANA of Rs. 156939/-.

Any other information to any member about demand and actual position for completion of internal plaster please share it

Hi,

I also got demand letter dated 13-March-2014 of our Unit PH-12 [Purpul Hazal (3+S BHK)] tower in RPS SAVANA of Rs. 156939/- & its due date is 28-Mar 2014.

Any other tower member got such demand letter..Has anyone visited site to check status of tower where these demands are raised? pls confirm.

Your response will help us in having the exact status of project.

I have also received the demand letter for my unit in PH-12. Visited the site in Feb, external plastering of the tower was done. Don't know about internal as was not allowd to go in the tower.

I visited Savana this weekend for making payment against a due demand.

The office gave me following updates:
1. For 4 towers - T3,T4, T6, T7, RPS has already applied for an OC and they expect it to come any day now
2. Next set of towers that they have taken up for delivery are: T1, T2, T9, T10 and PH - 10, 11, 12, 12A. Target horizon for delivery is June-September. Infact, PH-10 & 11 look quite finished atleast in terms of external painting and finish.
3. They have set an internal target of delivering everything by Mar'15
4. Club is under construction

In my view, the next set of 8 towers look difficult to be delivered by September. My conservative estimate is around Dec- Mar'15. Pace of work as per me was decent. The area around tower T2-T8 looks almost finished and it has been done well. It was good to see some habitation and people starting to live in their dream homes or getting their homes finished. I also noticed some dish antennae (incl. Airtel) put up on balconies and facade.

Galleria is a disappointment though as only property and interior design shops have been set up so far. Perhaps, we may see some grocery, retail or convenience stores open after more people move in.

The only thing which worries me is the connectivity to RPS Savana. Kheri road is a dump and spoils the entry of the entire property. The other roads are far from completion. I hope the roads & bridges are completed soon.

Any information about possession of B-9 PH tower?

praveenleena - I have no information specifically about B-9. They just said that they are taking B 10-12A first.

Hi, I have received demand letter for PH4 on internal plaster completion of Rs 153800(149190 + 4610 Service Tax).
Same amount has been mentioned there as Previous Dues, I could not understand what is this previous Dues where as I dont remember if I have missed any demand to pay.

However I have wrote email to RPS lets see what is reply I am getting.

Any other has got the similar demand?

Ph 4 to ph 9 will be handover by june 15. Work will start from jan 15 in full swing. This is said by ms jiya... frm rps...

Finally Some ray of hope in Darkkkkk Tunnel, seems some moments in PH Towers. Windows & door fixing is going on in some of PH Towers & paint is being done on external structures as seen by me from outside the complex, but don't know if this is really a white wash or eye wash . Tower numbers are removed by them so could not exactly remember tower wise progress.

hi anuj i yesterday talked with zia she said flooring installment might come at the end of next month or in feb. mid so in my opinion on the basis of their track record possession date might be dec 2015 most prob. my flat is in B-5, PH.
