Correction: We are getting these news from TFAA. But, TFAA is not involved in registration of these FIRs. These FIRs point to growing awareness among middle class buyers to stand up for their rights and fight against builders and administration.

One FIR should be Registered against the present DGTCP Anurag Rastogi , because he is covering up the illegal activity of Countrywide and Era , in Faridabad despite full knowledge.

Khemka alleges that Shri S.S.Dhillon is targeting him

http://www.firstpost.com/india/ias-offi ... 86717.html

Leave alone resisting an onslaught allegedly launched by the Congress, the ruling party in the state, Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka now faces the ire of his peers in the bureaucracy with a few of them pressing hard for an investigation into the already battered bureaucrat. While going after Congress president Sonia Gandhi‘s son-in-law Robert Vadra for alleged dubious realty deals, Khemka had also exposed the alleged role of another bureaucrat, SS Dhillon. Khemka has now written to the chief secretary to the Government of Haryana stating that Dhillon, who approved the latest chargesheet against him, could not be considered unbiased.

“Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka has alleged that fellow officer SS Dhillon approved the latest chargesheet against him because he (Khemka) exposed Dhillon’s role in granting a commercial colony licence to Sky Light Hospitality, owned by Robert Vadra. In an 11-page letter sent to the Haryana chief secretary on Monday, Khemka has said Dhillon could not “be expected to be objective and fair in dealing with my case file,”“The Indian Express said in a report. Khemka believes that SS Dhillon, who is now principal secretary to Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, is trying to settle personal scores by pushing Khemka’s file to the chief minister. This file holds him responsible for poor sale of wheat seeds while he was managing director of Haryana Seeds Development Corporation (HSDC), from 15 October 2012 to 4 April 2013. Khemka in his letter to the state chief secretary said that Dhillon was Director General of Town and Country Planning Department and Urban Estates and allegedly allowed Vadra-owned M/s Sky Light Hospitality to bend laws for the firm’s benefit. Mentioning others who were named in Khemka’s letter, The Indian Express also said: “Roshan Lal is Haryana’s principal secretary (agriculture), and was allegedly the first officer to recommend that a chargesheet be served on Khemka.” Not only the low sale of seeds, Khemka is also set to face trouble over the alleged purchase of weedicides for wheat crops at higher rates. According to a Times of India report, a seed producer-cum-shareholder of HSDC Satpal Kaushik also blamed Khemka for an alleged delay in distribution of wheat seeds. “… HSDC purchased the weedicides (chemical weedkillers) at Rs 298 per 500gm packet, when the rate in the open market was Rs 175. Then, the corporation had provided the weedicides to farmers at Rs 149 per packet, after a 50% subsidy. Kaushik also said the seeds meant to be distributed to farmers in October-November 2012 were given only after December 25, 2012,“ the Times of India said. The complainant Kaushik is also a Congress worker but he insists that he made the plaints as a farmer.
