builder is continuously increasing interest amount and we are paying both EMI and rent do see any hope in near future for a favourable solution.
i am feeling frustrated and look like nothing can save us.

Piyush Group these days is sending same reply to each buyer where he is telling blatant lies. From language of letter, criminal intent and cheating is evident. Please note that criminal proceedings against accused Piyush Group Owner and Directors under Sections 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust) have gathered pace now and testimony against builders cheating and criminal proceedings are going on. About 100 crores cheating and fraud done by builders are being highlighted.

In reply to buyers, Piyush Group has been telling lies without any shame. One such instance is Enhanced EDC.

Blatant Lie by Piyush Group:

Enhanced EDC: The Company has not demanded anything which is not recoverable from the customers and infect no enhanced EDC has been demanded by the Company as yet therefore this allegation shows that you people are being misguided by some people. All the accounts of the company are scrutinized by the Government Departments and therefore there cannot be any discrepancy. The enhanced EDC has been demanded by the Government/ DTCP and though we are entitled to recover it from the customers but we have not demanded from customers. As far as the footnote of our letter is concerned, it pertains to the future demand by the company. The demanded amount is for the already accrued payment and does not include enhanced EDC. Final calculations will be done after order of Hon'ble High Court. We have earlier given the remission/ discounts on reduced EDC charges and therefore be assured that if the enhanced EDC charges are cancelled by the DTCP then we will not demand any enhanced EDC from you. All legally chargeable demands should not be objected by you

Fact is that Original EDC as well as Enhanced EDC have been demanded by builder and interest of 24% has been charged by builder on non-payment (which is also against Govt rules). This is proved by demand letter (attach demand letter) which was for payment of enhanced EDC. The said demand was not withdrawn and only adjusted by Rs 14 when we complained to DTCP about non-compliance by yourself when interest was reduced by Govt. Thereafter, Honorable High Court had put a stay on enhanced EDC but you kept on demanding enhanded EDC and consolidated amount is included in final demand letter

Does anybody has any update regarding Possession of Tower A?

Yesterday, I called on number 09643201858, which was supposed to be of Mr. S K Thakur, Estate Manager @ Piyush Heights (as informed in mail from customer care last year, refer below). Some Mr. Rajat Sharma answered call and told that they have already applied for OC and once they get it from Govt., possession will be offered in Dashahara/Diwali. I've been hearing this for them past 2 years and just to cross check his claim, when I asked Anurag @ 09313582804, Sr. Sales Manager regarding possession, he said he has yet to apply for OC and possession will be offered by End of Year. When I called Rajat again, he tried to play with words that he didn't say this and that he said something else and then tried to manipulate things.. as soon as I told him that conversation is being recorded, he said "jisse shikayat karna hai ja ke kar lo" and disconnected the phone. No reply in written regarding possession and customer care only share number for persons to contact for project status.

I am still clueless about the chances of possession this year. Mail to customer care are still unanswered. Construction in full progress since last mail from Piyush Group in Oct'14 and still no hope for possession
