Its good to hear that some action is going on....

I dont know how these guys face their kids at home... No Ethics....

I am sure that all Builders are keeping a very close eye on this event as they are doing more or less same malpractices.

Hopefully some solid action taken in this case and that send a sense of fear to other builders who are enjoying their life on our money...

This is the best news happened in Neharpar Area so far. This is the victory of Courage, Truth and Determination. This reflects GFWA growing strength.
All thanks to Mr. Ajay Sharma for showing guts and filing FIR against a big Builder. HATS OFF TO HIM FOR THIS COURAGE ! AND COURAGE WINS ULTIMATELY !!
This is an example set. Let all the other societies also start filing FIRs against the cheat builders. The momentum must not lose its pace !

This is the right time to hit. If builder wants to get compromise in this case we may come forward by securing our maximum welfares. There should be compromise on our conditions like cancellation of illegal demands and only the legal demands in writing at this stage only. Secondly the exact time of possession must be declared in writing which must be within reasonable time not so extended. Another condition should be penalty on delayed possession which must be paid by builder in all circumstances. other conditions in writing if found suitable please.

So for the matter has discussed only in print media and that too in local newspaper. The matter must be highlighted in electronic media at national level as EDC scam. That will definitely expedite action against this malpractice in naharpar faridabad.

To unearth EDC and EEDC scame, we need to collect audited statement of the builder's. This will provide exact date when EDC/EEDC was deposited in TCP's account. Lets file RTI applications using license list provided on TCP's website.
We can distribute serial no.s and then collect info, approach national electronic media (all possible channels), I am sure someone will pick up the issue.
We should club EDC, one sided contracts, increase in area, additional charges running into lakhs such as wifi, telephone, FFC, EEFC, STP, power back up etc.
I will volunteer for the work.

Alternatively we should ask for scanned copies from forum users and create a repository....

we can get the information on edc paid by various builder through RTI but how to ascertain that how much EDC Collected by the builder? as we do not have the access to their books of account. some time back TCP audited the accounts of all the builder. that report never came out so may be we can ask for that report through RTI! !!!

As per RTI Act 2005, one can seek info indirectly from the regulator or department responsible for regulation.
In case of builder's TCP is responsible hence we should file an RTI application to SPIO. Stating that EDC and Enhanced EDC are collected on the govt. order.
