Appeal for case withdrawal against Piyush Group

Postby showkatfarooq » Thu Feb 14, 2013 3:04 pm

Dear All,

I see no reason to continue with the case registered against Piyush Group by certain people of the community, as it would have the whole project on stake. Also there are other customers who are waiting desperately to get the possession as soon as possible.

Regards,

Farooq

No ways mate. If those desperate customers really want possession, then the case must go on. I have heard that under pressure, Piyush group has applied for renewal of licence so that they can offer physical possession soon. If they really want themselves out of the jail, they must do their business honestly.

Hi Farooq,

I do not understand your appeal.
Do you feel that taking case back, the Builder will give possession.

Still with all this going on. No fear of Laws seems coming out in news.

you take the case back and will find yourself in the same situation after paying 7-8 lac more.

Its my opinion that he will work only under pressure from buyers and law.

The directors son duo were not in Jail, roaming around freely, looting home buyers money all these years, but never had intention of completing project on time. This is no reason to be scared and bow down to such corrupt folks.

I really appreciate Piyush Group Home buyers for their efforts in getting them booked, and am hoping this is going to get replicated across all other corrupt builders in the region. People need to continue pressure both on builder case as well as with administration to ensure that director been jailed is not taken as excuse.

with due respect to the fellow members,I would like to say that whoever is advocating for withdrawing the case actually trying to favor builders. We should not forget that our fellow buyers have fought very hard to reach at this level. There is no middle way now.We need to choose whether we are with the fight or against the fight.

The jailing of Piyush Directors is the biggest win for Greater Faridabad Inhabitants. It should not get weakened now. There is no need to let them loose. Instead more and more pressure should be built against them and against all the errant builders in Neharpar.

I second Miletest and Ashutosh.
No way we should fall back. We all know that Piyush being small fish was caught but this was only due to people's persistence and followups. No way case be withdrawn. Due to legal action, Piyush will offer possession (heard all ready started process which can be confirmed by RTI) and definitely will think twice before asking 2.5 L for internet. Boss router cost 15000 where one can connect entire apartment and appliances such as TV, Laptop(s), music system to name few.

no compromise at any cost
but buyers will ask now to builder that what is he thinking about all wrong charges demanded by him also put pressure to verify the flat floor area with a govt agency and about late possession penalty charges

The case was lodged due to unethical practices of builder and unexpected demand of 10 lacs with a fit out letter.
They should remain behind bars no matter how much possession is delayed.
Also, I had a word with the Customer care rep. from Piyush, she informed that management has applied for the license renewal so that they could hand over the flats ASAP, but she also re-iterated that this demand of 9-10 lacks may haunt end users back as a final demand during possession.

We appreciate every body's opinion but injustice and wrong deeds must not be tolerated. We should all show the strength of our unity in fighting with the Builder.

Yes those demands may come back later on. Everything is fine but this charging for wifi, iptv, gas pipeline is stupid. Really stupid.

Postby yusuf khan » Fri Feb 15, 2013 4:27 pm

Assalam ailakum

Dosto maine aapke comments pade aur ye mesoos kiya ki aap logo ne company ke directers ko pressure mein daal ke vo demands vapas to karava lee par ab jo ho raha hai shaayad vo kuch jyada hai aur isse hamara makaan bhe khatre mein na pad jaaye. Agar we andar hi reh gaye to hamara makaan kon poora karega.

Bhaisahab main to mamooli aadmi hoon isliye arz karta hoon ki jo ab ho raha hai vo theek nahi ho raha aur main to bada dar gaya hoon. Aap logon se gujarish hai ki isko jaldi se khatam kar do kyonki mujhe nahi lagta ke ab vo humse koi galat rupaya vasoolenge aur unko andar rakh ke humen nuksaan hi hoga.

the perpetrator of the crime must be punished under law who ever it may be. If they are innocent then why they are behind bar!

Walaikum assalam, Yusuf Bhai ! Please note that Piyush Group has not issued even a single withdrawal letter to buyers for illegal fit out demand letter. With regards to completion of project, please note that as per provisions under Haryana laws, every builder has to keep some large amount for the development of the colony in a separate bank under intimation to DGTCP (Director General, Town and Country Planning). This pending amount can be used to complete the unfinished works
