High Court grants conditional bail to Directors/Owners of Piyush Group

Bail Extension application of Piyush Directors has not been allowed by Chandigarh High Court. Piyush Buyers lawyer strongly argued in Court that Directors have lied in honorable High Court for getting Bail in March. Directors then had given commitment that they will complete the project (16 towers) in 3 months. But, till date, Piyush Group has given possession for 3 towers only. Additional Advocate General of Haryana appeared on behalf of State and concurred with opinion of Piyush Buyers lawyer. Judge has now issued notice to DTP, Faridabad through State Counsel to file status report regarding progress of Project. Case is listed now for 10.Dec.13. Please find attached Order of Court

Judge on hearing on 7th April in High Court was angry. Court has been adjourned three times for the simple reason that report by DTP, Faridabad has not been put on record. She told defense to be prepared for bail cancellation on next date, 19th May. She also instructed District Town Planner, Faridabad to appear in person before honorable High Court. Long arms of law has now reached the Piyush builders. Going by mood of Judge,we are hoping that bail will be cancelled for builders on 19th May Please find attached High Court Order dated 7th April, 14.
