Re: Fighting illegal Possession Demand for Piyush Heights

It is quite fruitful to join this forum and it provided us unique platform, besides that we all must join yahoo group as paid members. Our effort must be to unite all Piyush heights buyers and convince them to become yahoo paid members to fight being united. I approached to some buyers from NTPC and convinced them. We must touch all buyers through phone or any of the available means of communication for this purpose.

Thanks for the update, Vipul ! It shows builder's continued cheating and loot intent. I should blame buyers who had given illegal payments. Our fight continues with full momentum !

Puri Constructions who is having most premium project in Greater Faridabad is only charging 3% for registry. Amount for registry if buyer is having Rs 1350 booking will come out to be 0.03*1350*1446=Rs 58,563 ONLY. Then why Piyush Group is asking around 5 times that amount?

More Loot. Piyush Builder demanding around 4 lakhs for Registry

Postby dheerajjain » Sun Sep 08, 2013 1:04 pm

Builder is demanding another 4 lakhs for fake Registry. Break up is as follows:

Rs 2,80,000 + Rs (12.5% Service Tax) 350000 + Rs 50000 (Advance Maintenance Amount) = Rs 3,65,000 + Interest

Be united in fighting this loot and cheating. Join Piyush Heights Apartment Allottee Society. Send an e-mail to piyushheights.sec89@yahoo.in and piyush-hr-owner@yahoogroups.com for joining this fight

Piyush Group has uploaded land agreements on its website with Praveen Kumar to give an impression that all is good. Piyush Group should provide answers on forgery of signatures alleged by Praveen Kumar to obtain licence for Piyush Heights from Town and Country Planning Department. Please note 1 licence out of 2 licences for Piyush Heights measuring more than 8.5 acres is in name of Praveen Kumar. (Please see licenses obtained from RTI at resources/file/1269)

Dear all,

Anyway the decision NCDRC would be in our favour since we are with truth and we have on judiciary too but the path is not so easy so we need patience and proper strategy. Our strategy must be to strengthen our advocate by providing her assistance of any other advocate and proper documentation of proofs not by creating crowd of buyers in the court. This is my personal opinion and please ignore if not suitable.

Yes, Members of Piyush Heights Apartment Allottee Society have Criminal and Consumer cases against Piyush Group for illegal demands. Builder may have big money, big advocates, big sources but they can't escape from long hands of law. They had seen powers of law at starting of 2013, if they still don't follow law, they will shortly see powers and long arms of law at end of 2013 with much greater intensity.
