Breaking News- Refund of excess amount for interest waiver on Enhanced EDC for license number 1272-1276 of 2006

Dear Members,

Finally light at end of tunnel !! Our lot of efforts has paid-up and the first esteem customer from A1 tower received refund cheque today @Rs 25.76(Rs25.7599) per sq feet from SRS Real Estate Ltd. Rest shall follow soon.

No doubt this is a big achievement and we thank you everyone for your kind support ,patience & co-operation.

We also thank & appreciate GFWA (www.myfaridabad.in) Working committee members for their tireless efforts to build up pressure on Haryana government through WRIT in High Court, protest, several RTI and also several round of multiple meetings in Chandigarh with DGTCP , FC& PS-TCP ,CTP and other higher government official for change in policy of EDC interest reversal .

Thanks a lot, SRS RWA for being with GFWA and participating in all activities. GFWA fight continues. We are having Writ in Chandigarh High Court for complete reversal of enhanced EDC. Next date of hearing is 26th Sep (Wednesday). GFWA dedicated legal team went from Delhi to Chandigarh today to brief senior counsel for final arguments to be done. If some members would like to be present at time of hearing of case on 26th Sep, please let GFWA Working Committee know by posting on forum or sending an e-mail to wc@gfwa.in

Omaxe Heights has also started issuing refund cheques to its residents. I got mine few days ago at around Rs. 25/sq ft.
