Call for Ozone Park Investors.

Dear All,

This is to invite all Ozone Park investors to participate in the exclusive activities of Ozone Park group. We have carried out two meetings with the builder. In the last session, we saw a decent turnout of 50+ owners and it was very successful in consolidating our team strength.

We are considering few more activities and we need united approach that covers concerns of all fellow investors. By now, we have been able to reach 140+ out of ~ 500 owners. Subsequently, you will invited for the gmail group exclusive for Ozone Park.

We would also make sure that we improve Ozone Park representation in events/discussions organized by myfaridabad.

So far, nearly 70 investors have joined the Ozonepark Group. We will wait for few more days before we kick off discussion related with future course of action.

Dear All Ozone Park Apartment owners.
I have been in touch with the management of Shiv Sai every week and today they confirmed that they are sending across posession details for all towers except Tower 8 & 9 which are not complete.
As per them they recieved the clearence from HUDA last week to start posesion.
Do confirm in case someone recieves the Letter !!

Called them up just now. We finally have some good news..

The HUDA approval is in place.

Tower-1 possession letters are currently in transit. Tower-2, 3 will follow suite in a few days. Ditto for the other towers

They are as per telephonic conversation sending the Demand letters for the balance 5% but unaware of any further additional charges.
Also I am not sure of the living conditions being offerred as there is no sighn of Electricity / Corporation water / Sewerage connection.
All of us have paid heavy EDC charges but for what ?

Dear All

Am surprised as to how come no member is nowdays utting in efforts to know the status of the project.
For everyones information I have been informed yesterday by the Shiv Sai Operational staff in the office that the demand letter for Ozone park apartments for Tower 1 to 3 have been dispatched.
But we will never know for a fact unless someone recieves it.
They also mentioned that the final Super Area has been increased. This would obviously increase the pricing.
Request all to revert back asap.
