Is any construction update for era divine court?

construction of floors seems to be in good pace.

Hi All,

I had a word with these guys they say for last 6 months there was no construction. Reason is that contractors have been changed or left the work. And current scenario also doesn't look good.

Based on the chat that I had with them, they indicating that don't expect the possession before mid of 2012

Over and above that some of the towers are yet to be started

One another shocking thing that I noticed that these guys have different layouts in different buildings ... some of the flats that I saw were having very-2 small bathrooms whereas some had as per plan (Talking about 180 Yard). Also in some of the flats they are giving provision for cupboard (which is again a very scrap idea, eating away lots of space) and in some the provisioning is not there.

Request everyone to keep a check on this as I will be certainly doing for mine. Any update please let us know

Tkvarshney G, i believe current rate is 2150 psf

Yes current rate is Rs2150 per sq. ft.but if you bargain wih property dealer they will definitely Provide you discount....
I booked 2BHK in tower B-1 on 18th floor

Prices of Era divine high rise has been increased..
In CLP price of 2 BHK is Rs 2500 psf
2 BHK+ Study is Rs 2450 psf
3 BHK+ Store is Rs 2400 psf

I booked a 3+1 BHK (1850 sq.ft.) flat in Era Divine Court High Rise in May 2011.
I have already paid about Rs.12 Lakhs but came to know that no construction activity has started yet.
Can any body provide update on construction at site.

I have also booked 2BHK flat @4th floor in A.1 Tower of era divine high rise project. Foundation work has been completed and first floor slab work is likely to be completed in may end or june.

We can contact Mr Sheespal 931295992 to know about the progress, though he is era landmark employee.
