Is Park Grandeura Deck authorized construction?

Dear All
Park Grandeura was initially 14.75 Acre Project and the Initial Layout does not show the Tower called P, Q and Deck
-The Builder has constructed the Same later.

My Opinion, as the additional 2.5 Acre plot is not the Park Grandeura, why the Towers in New Project should use the Infra Structure of the Initial Park Grandeura 14.75 Acre)
-Why this is is not the case similar to supertech, where the Construction of the Deck itself is unjustified.
-How the Builder can give the parking of the Park Grandeura (2.5 Acre new) from the old PG,
-If we go in details and file a case against BPTP, we may stop the construction of the same
