BPTP Princess Park Flat Registry

Postby gashish » Fri Feb 08, 2013 2:57 pm

As per the offer of possession letter received from builder, all demand including registry charges has to be made in the name of builder. I understand that the registry amount should be made in the name of office of registrar by flat owner directly.

Can anybody guide on this?

Thanks

Ofcourse, its unethical to collect registry fee from you and then keep you hanging for months and earn interest on the same.

Dear everyone,

As per my conversation with Customer care, they will offer the possession for Unit A by next month. Other than the balance 5% BSP, they will also raise the demand for stamp duty (6-8%) along with Conveyance deed.

Those who have already ready taken the possesion and living there are requested to kindly advice on the above demand.

Many thanks and rgds
