Dear Sir,

The details regarding how BPTP has tried to cheat consumers can be seen in the attached details. We should all unite and ensure that big builders like BPTP are not allowed to get away with gross violations of consumer's rights.

Did any body got the compensation on delayed penilty from BPTP. Till date they have been making excuses of some contract clause. Now when we have paid interest on delayed payment why should they not pay back the delayed penailkty charges.

Dear Aanchal,

Since you are a flat owner in BPTP Princess Park and are familiar with the legal boundries as per your post below, could you please help the forum by listing what legal recourse owners have as well as the various causes of action against BPTP. These could very well be actions you have taken as an owner.

How do you expect to recover the monies BPTP has exhorted from you? Have you done anything about the late possession penalty? What are some of BPTP's actions that are unethical and what specific action would you suggest against that. We need to get specific and file actions against those misdeeds.

There are plenty of flat owners who have borne the unjust treatment forced upon them by BPTP. The majority should suffice to hold BPTP responsible and have the directors placed behind bars. There needs to be a collective effort or else BPTP will continue to exploit under the blessed hand of the Haryana Govt. If we get to BPTP, the Govt will also at some point look for cover for their deeds.

Let's get organised so that we ensure the builder is taken to task.

I have a flat at Tower L, BPTP Princess park and I am a lawyer by profession and working with a real estate developer. I know what kind of tactics these developers and builders follow and how they make fool of people. Its only we have to fight back. There are lot of Supreme Court and High Court Judgments pertaining to delay in possession and compensation to the owners, that can help us fight.

Can someone in the forum provide an update on the status of actions filed against BPTP and a resource center on this forum that has sample documents that allows people to easily file claims?

Also, is anyone aware if BPTP has paid the late possession penalty that they are supposed to? BPTP is also taking protection under FORCE MAJEURE to reduce the amount owed by 9 months. Hence, before it was 42 months and now they are saying it is 42+ 9 months = 51 months. anything over 51 months from the date fo building sanction plan would be eligible. However, it is is ever paid is another matter.

Please share your collective experiences so that the actions can be pursued.
