प्लॉट देने के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी!

एनबीटी न्यूज, फरीदाबाद : भूपानी थाना एरिया में एक व्यक्ति को प्लॉट देने के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी करने का मामला सामने आया है। भूपानी थाना पुलिस ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर धोखाधड़ी करने सहित अन्य आरोपों में बी पी टीपी लिमिटेड के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर व बाइस प्रेसिडेंट कस्टमर सर्विस के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया है। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। आरोप है कि लाखों रुपये पेमेंट करने के बाद न तो प्लॉट दिया गया है और न ही रकम वापस की गई है।
पुलिस के अनुसार दयानंद मार्ग तिलक नगर जयपुर में रहने वाले रोहित कपूर ने कोर्ट में दायर इस्तगासे में बताया कि उन्होंने साल 2006-07 में सेक्टर 85 पार्क लैंड कॉलोनी बी पी टीपी में दो प्लॉट बुक कराए थे। प्लॉट को बुक कराने का लाखों रुपये अमाउंट देने के बाद भी वह बिल्डर की डिमांड के हिसाब से रकम देते रहे। लाखों रुपये देने के बाद भी प्लॉट न मिलने पर उन्होंने कंपनी के गुड़गांव स्थित ऑफिस के कई चक्कर काटे। प्लॉट को लेने के लिए उन्होंने काफी मशक्कत की और रकम देने के बाद जब प्लॉट नहीं मिले तो पुलिस की शरण ली। रोहित कपूर का आरोप है कि कंपनी ने नियम से ज्यादा पैसे लिए। आरोप है कि जब प्लॉट देने का समय आया तो उनसे ऐसी बात लिखित में मांगी गई, जिसको वह लिख कर देने को तैयार नहीं हुए। पुलिस के कार्रवाई न करने पर शिकायतकर्ता ने कोर्ट की शरण ली। कोर्ट के आदेश पर पुलिस ने बी पी टीपी लिमिटेड के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर काबुल चावला व कस्टमर सर्विस वाइस प्रेजिडेंट भावना पुरी के खिलाफ भूपानी थाने में केस दर्ज किया गया। पुलिस फिलहाल मामले की जांच करने का दावा कर रही है।

The Faridabad police have registered a case of cheating, fraud and criminal conspiracy against Kabul Chawla, managing director of real estate company BPTP Ltd, besides Bhavna Puri, vice-president, customers services, of the company, on the instruction of a Faridabad court subsequent to a complaint lodged by two plots buyers, a few days ago.


The complainants, Rohit Kapoor and Mamta Kapoor, said they had booked two plots – one of 479 sq yards size and another 264 sq yards – in A block, Sector 85, Parkland Colony, set up by BPTP in 2006-07.

As per the first-information report (FIR), the dispute began when the accused provided an incomplete format of the plot buyers agreement (PBA) in 2008 — it had blank spaces on several pages — to which complainants objected, but the accused refused to mend it.

The accused had not handed over the possession of the plots either, to this date, despite full payments, overcharging and collecting payment of conveyance stamp duties from complainants, the FIR said.

After the police refused to register a case, the complainants moved the court, which ordered the police to register a case and investigate the matter.

This is one of the Great Step by Mr Rohit Kapoor against the Bigget Player in FBD.

Congratulation to him.

P.S Mr Rohit Kapoor is the member of Parklands owners association also and given full support to pursue the same.

Dear existing buyers of nehar par

Now at least we all should be courageous like Mr. Kapoors to come forward jointly/individually to lodge the similar FIR against the each and every Developers of Greater Faridabad as all the developers are use to of same or the other activities of Criminal Breach of Trust, Misdeeds and deficiencies towards the buyers (most specific description should be cruel towards the innocent buyers). "I HAVE LISTED ABOUT TWELVE SUCH MISDEEDS AND SHALL FORWARD THE SAME TO THE FORUM WEBSITE."

Rather, I feel the GFWA should come forward on behalf of all the buyers and lodge an FIR and accordingly fight legal case in the competent court like the ENHANCED EDC. But this requires certain funds to be collected and first of all should be some official premises as a registered office of the GFWA which can be proved a good venue for necessary physical approach as well as gathering.
