Extreme delay in register of BPTP Plots

Dear All

We have a plot in BPTP G block. We have paid all the dues including the stamp duty charges for the registry and were promised the registry within 2 months. More than 6 months have passed and there in no information regarding the registry.

For our reminder emails, there is a standard answer from BPTP- "...We would like to inform you that Parkland is a huge township and we are in process of scheduling the registries gradually in block wise manner as per availability of registrar. Please accept our assurance...trying to execute same at the earliest..."

On the top of it they are charging maintenance charges since atleast 2 years for the place where there is zero maintenance. God knows what they are doing with the funds.

Have you been also facing a similar situation and what action plan do you suggest ?
I am also open to jointly working with other similar cases to visits etc at BPTP Gurgaon or a legal notice to BPTP.

Senior members are requested to advice suitable action.
