Several FIR filled against era directors in various projects like in Gurgaon, Faridabad, Bahadurgarh, Palwal. But they are prospering like anything .

Era company has not taken any steps for Bifurcation of license as per order of DGTCP. instead it has put the Onus on BPTP to do that. BPTP will never do the service for free. Hence the stalemate.

& what the DGTCP does is to reward the Main conspirator of this mess by renewing the License. without solving the basic question for which the license was suspended.

Enough of reasons and assurance has been given by era landmarks at different innumerable times on starting divine court project work and its completion..now is the time.we customers have to act fast n differently now to get possesion of our flats..

Is there any updates on construction?

I had called to customer care of ERA group and he told me that the licence is renew and construction will start withing 1-2 months. is that true ??

Adel has started some construction activities in A-Block. Hope to see some buyers get the possession of their much delayed Flat at the earliest. The show of unity by buyers through various mobile platform groups and their field level follow up has played an important role in ensuring that the company starts the construction activities by mid- June as they had promised. We are thankful to all who have contributed in the process
