COURT CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM IS GOING ON AGAINST KLJ AND FINAL AURGUMENT IS FIXED IN AUGUST 2015.LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO FILE FIR.

Before filing a FIR, please submit a written complaint to the SHO, Sarita Vihar Police Station and get the diary number.

DOES THE JURISDICTION OF KLJ OFFICE/GREATER FARIDABAD PROJECTS COMES UNDER SARITA VIHAR POLICE STATION.AS POLICE DOES NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS OF OTHERS JURISDICTION.SO
PLEASE SUGGEST EXACT POLICE STATION WHERE I SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINTS WITH THE POLICE.

you have to do fir nr klj dovelopers registered office police station in name of directors . if police dont cooperate than you can go to court for to instruct police registering fir of cheating. i am also studying and in process to do the same. if you plan a visit to faridabad than we can discuss whole strategy

MUST GO THROUGH THE TIMES OF INDIA OF TODAY ITSELF PAGE-1 & 6 WE WOULD BE INSPIRED AND ENCOURAGED.ITS A LANDMARK JUDGEMENT.COSUMERS NEED COURAGE TO FIGHT AGAINST SUCH TYPE OF ERRANT BUILDERS.

I have a floor in RPS palms. Some days back I called RPS office, Jasola and got to know that RPS will be asking for additional 3.5 to 4 lacs rupees apart from remaining 5% CLP and registration amount. This is not at all acceptable, while at the time of booking rps never mentioned about any such amount and now it is trying to snatch 3.5/4 lac rupees. I am in no mood to bow down to such hidden charges.
I request you to please let me know, if someone has done any case against RPS savanna so that I can get a direction and can proceed by taking your help.

I talk to Jia on mobile, RPS office on 9th Nov.15, she confirm me about possession of Tower B-5, B-6, B-7, B-8 & B-9. She said that “I received possession confirmation from Chandigarh/HUDA office for Tower (Purple Hazel) B-5, B-6, B-7, B-8 & B-9. I received possession letter (Hard Copy) in next week/last week of this month and possession letter offered to customer/end user from 1st & 2nd week of Dec. 2015. Possession of RPS Savana Flats

Wish to understand from those who have taken possession of their house at RPS Savana about the payments they had to make which were illegal, and what recourse was taken if any.
Did RPS pay 'late possession fee' to members as per the agreement,
Also for delayed installments, what penalties did they impose on home owners

I took possession of my flat 1 year back.
You will get a shock of your life when you will come to know that Rps is not paying even a single penny as delay penalty. Apart they have heavily charged in your last demand letter which you would have never thought of. I took help of local dadas, police and consumer court for damage control. Advice to react fast and use all possible ways incl court as it takes 1 -2 yrs for meaningful results.

Today RPS Offer of possession for my tower B-9. I received final demand letter of Rs. 1113719/- including VAT & Registry, letter dated 5 December 2015. Congratulation to all member of B-5 to B-9 tower for getting OC. :clap: :hap2: :yahoo:

I've received a letter from RPS asking to pay the VAT amount and also 1% on behalf of Builders & Workers Welfare Cess.
Has anyone else received it too?
Should we pay it? There was no such mention of cess in contract and for the VAT amount also, they asked for bank gurantee. But now they want money.

Congrts Mr. Praveen, I have a apartment in of B-10. I have already shifted to my apartment just before Diwali. I would be happy to meet you whenever you shift to your apartment in B-9. Cheers!
