I am not regular with GFWA. My appreciation is that, we can not achieve any thing with these activities. These pressure tactics will not work with these dirty builders and govt. officials. After some time we will fing that builders have cheated us in some other way. Court of law is our only option. I have no confusion. Let us start thinking in this way. What about PIL.
I think every one will give a thaight to this proposal.
Thanx.

Special Thanks to Vineet Mishra, Sumit Gaur for co-ordinating, planning and faciliating this meet. Deepest appreciation for Mrs. Vinita who led this delegation.

Hello Dr Ajit Pratap, welcome to the forum and your 1st post. Regarding your suggestion of PIL, PIL looks a very catchy word (thanks to our overheated media), but very complex, very difficult to justify and requires lot of efforts both in terms of money and time. Secondly, PIL can't be filed against builders, it is only applicable for Govt. and can only be filed in High Court/Supreme Court. If you are an advocate or are having an experience with that, please share.

Dear All forum members, we require your support in coming weeks in our meetings with HUDA Administrator, Deputy Commissioner amd in joint meetings with builders. We request people to spare their time and come for meetings.

Let us work jointly with Govt. and builders to work for development of Greater Faridabad.

Appeal to all FORUM Members

Postby vinitanandwani » Sun Apr 24, 2011 7:41 pm

Dear all GFWA members

OR i can say all those end users/ investors/registered members of this forum ,who love to read the mails in MYFARIDABAD.IN forum as a interesting comic or a tweet ;and sleep happily for a next good mail.
IT IS NOT A WORK OF FEW HARDWORKING CORE MEMBERS TO KEEP YOU UPDATE...and work towards the goal..IT IS A DUTY OF EACH AND EVERBODY to work for the outcome .
The problems of Neharpaar development and builders issue is not a big deal it can be solved in a shortest period of time but it needs unity , integrity and solidarity among all who are members of this forum or not without any selfish motive.
Unity is what we taught to our kids....integrity is what we learnt from our childhood ...without solidarity we cant live happily and we hate selfish people .It depends on your strength to live in the shed of cowardice and dependancy or to come out of it with a ROAR.
The ACHIEVEMENT which you will get in a coming time due to few hardworking members will not be your contribution...you will feel humilated and disgusted to be not a part of this achievement. On the contrary, You feel esteemed , head held high ,confident as a part of ACHIEVEMENT.
So I appeal to all partially/fully inactive members to come and lead/support/help the compaign physically as much as you can if you have guts for that and if you really want to rightfully live in your dream home without any hassale as your and only your RIGHT

You have to plan your routine for a period of month or two to achieve your "AIM" the same way you plan for your EXAMS/ENTERANCE/TRIPS/VACATIONS/MARRIAGE IN A FAMILY etc.and the rest will be "HAPPY ENDING".
So please COME OUT FROM YOUR DEN AND SHOW THAT YOU ARE TIGER NOT A SNAIL.

WE WILL AND WE CAN ACHIEVE OUR AIM ASAP IF TOGETHER :flag:

Agreed with Vinita

All should come together to have a lasting impact. Remember the 1st Mar protest, at that time approx 125 peoples were present but now a days only 8-10 peoples are active & concerned with the agendas.

Its a request to you all to come up , show up.

Although media missed Vinita name in delegation, I must say she was very instrumental to lead delegation and present our case very boldly to CM and DC.GFWA is very honored to have such a committed and qualified person in core team.

It is a good work to meet the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Haryana. Now try to meet the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad for pressing HUDA Officers for start of preliminary work such as preparation of estimate and their approval, calling of tender etc. before actual possesion of land is taken by HUDA. These preliminary works will take a long time and if it is not started earliest than the work will further delayed by the officials of HUDA. Also arrange a meeting of GFWA in the first week of May so that a date for protest march like Ist March is fixed.

First major milestone has finally been achieved due to continuous work done by the Core team. I would like to thank the Core team for all their hard work.

Now that the CM is sensitized, the HUDA administration now need to be chased continuously and at every level from Top to Bottom to ensure that the activity get started at ground level and not remain in papers.

Lets have a systematic approach and actively participate for positive outcome. We need to now keep the ball rolling. Every member of this forum and Neharpar need to actively participate so that the common objective could be met. This is our problem and not individual problem as rightly said by Vinita and active team members.

There is no easy-go for changes to happen. If you believe the change should happen, please come forward and participate.

Thanks & Regards
