Meeting with Piyush Group officials in Senior Town Planner (STP) office

Postby dheerajjain » Fri Dec 17, 2010 9:11 am

We met Piyush Group Representatives at the Senior Town Planner (STP) Office, Faridabad yesterday (16th Dec). We expressed our concerns with Piyush Group in front of STP officials.

STP officials told in front of builder that any land within group housing society can't be sold to 3rd party in any case. Apartments owners have right to use common area which is also mentioned in buyers' agreement that we signed with builders.

Thats the irony, Despite repeated notices the same town planner would not even acknowledge there is any wrongdoing happening in their area -

We have had repeated meetings to convey the issue (almost one every month since September), RTI's filed with STP (All that was done by Town planner was to forward the request to Chief Town Planner in Chandigarh), A pending Appeal with State Commission, A formal complaint with DTCP Faridabad, and still verbally they would convey that the action being carried out by buildres are wrong as per law, but what can be done is this regard, There is a dead silence that prevails..............

But we are not going to stop, Together we will ensure that we will not allow corrupt practices go easy

12th Jan Meeting with Piyush officials in STP office

Postby dheerajjain » Thu Jan 13, 2011 9:48 am

We had a small WIN at last moments. It is like scoing goal in dying seconds of soccer match. STP will send notice to Piyush group for unfair practices. But that is all we managed to achieve.

Next Step: Legal Action and Protests

Congratulations Dheeraj

This is really great news,

So far builders have been under the impression that citizens will continue to accept these frauds, The current win atleast indicates townplanner accepting something going wrong and initiating action, and small measures like these are going to make significant impact.

Best wishes and congratulations once again.
