Hi Pankaj

I came to know from office at sample flat that possession of SRS Royal Hills will be tower-wise.

B4 Tower - Dec., 2012
B5 & B6 - April, 2013
B2 & B3 - Oct, 2013
Then A1 & A2, followed by B1 & B7, followed by C1, C2 and D1

Rate Increase - SRS Royal Hills

Builder is again revising SRS Royal Hills phase 1 rates...as demand has been increased due to launch of Phase 2 at very very high price.

already 2+1 BHK costs around 42- 43 Lac..(Is this justified) . Resale premium touched to 9 -11 Lacs...

Any updates on 86/87 Sector Road and Bridge on it.

Please advise.

The increase in price is very much justified. the ideall pricebshould be between 3500 to 4000. So still all property are under priced in greater faridabad.

so what.... go to any where in India you will get a multi story apartment not less than 3000 psf. in Pune and blr there are no road connectivity no municipality water still the price is around 3500 and more. and faridabad in hardly 35 km from CP. and 15 km from south Delhi

Demand from SRS Royal Hills

Hi,

I have received the demand from SRS Royal Hill, Where they have charged IFMS (1133*50=56650) & Club membership (75000). They have mentioned the service tax on these charges.

Please clear what percentage has to be calculated on other charges..

its 12.36% on ifms and 3.09 % on EDC IDC.

Dear All Members,

I have booked a flat in B3, SRS ROYAL HILLS. I do not know when SRS will give the possession of the flats.

Moreover the slow development in the area concerns allot, as there seems no hurry for the surrounding infrastructure to develop into shape.

The road condition, the new wide road shown in the Map of SRS project, the other major requirement for the family to reside, all seems to just be vague.

Could someone help me on these issues.

SRS official informed that they will give possension first for B4 &5 tower after that B2&B3 expected in Sep-13, oct-13, and Nov-13 Dec-13 respectively

I was told that B3 possession will be given in June,2013. Also, I was told that B3 will be the first tower to be allotted. I have my flat in B3.

Hi, as per my conversatation with srs office executive currently on B3 tower floring work is gpimg on and expected possesition date is around 6 months, at B4 tower lift work is going on and its expected date of possetion is around 3 months

My personal visit on 19th April 2013 to SRS Royal Hills Site

I visited yesterday 19th April 2013 to Greater Faridabad to SRS Royal Hills construction site.

There is no doubt about the construction to be over in not less than 9 months time. But am bit confused about the overall development, even if the flats are being handed over, then how about the other parameteres will effect the residents and to what extent.

Traffic is again the disappointing case, where it will seriously have a major impact on day to day chores.

Landscaping, police administration, the boredom of the old faridabad needs to be carved to an extent.

The above are few concerns which comes to my mind, maybe others would be somewhere fall in my line.
