Builder is making people fool saying they are awaiting for OC approval. One fundamental question, how government will give occupancy certification if building is not complete ?

We are fighting hard with this corrupt builder who has only looted our hard earned money. We have already gathered in a good number via social media, having regular meetings and taking lot of initiatives to fight with builder and get our flats delivered.
