Omaxe SPA Village Members Meet

Dear All

We request to all omaxe spa usere that we should fix a meeting to met and discuss the action plan as project possesion date will be in next few months as commited by omaxe.we will face lot of challenges at the time of possesion and to handle those challenges as we require advice from core mentmres of GFWA.

Agenda of meeting could be to know each other and the action plan to handle mess creat by omaxe at the time of possession.

Please provide your input for same.

I had visited the site last week. At present level of work and pace, it does not look that they will be able to offer possession at least in 2012. In my guess, if they continue to work at the same speed, we may get possession some time in mid of 2013.

nevertheless, it is always good to meet and know each other. We are ready to meet and discuss other issues.

meanwhile, just to update, the Heritage School work is in progress which is coming just back side of Omaxe Spa and they may offer admission in next session...

Mr jagbir,
I have also booked a flat in omaxe spa village. 2-weeks back i went to the site and found work at satisfactory pace. I think omaxe is a relatively better builder in naherpar. At present we don't have any issue with omaxe except demand of incresed EDC.
We can arrange a meeting at omaxe site to know each other better and to be prepared for their any future unjust demand.

I had a chat with two three buyers like us about the EDC & IDC, other amenities and meeting one day which is convenient to all the members at a location central to most if not all. In My views we should meet Mr Rohtas Goyal, MD Omaxe and not the executives who are told not pay any heed to the buyers.

I visited the site yesterday and found good development happening there. In ASPEN towers they are doing 2-3 tasks parallelly like some labors are working on External plaster, some are laying tiles and granite marble in the flats and at staircase etc.
It seems they may start giving possession in beginning of next year.

Hi Guys, I liked the idea of meeting. BTW lets talk about EDC.. has any one paid money so far. I am getting lots of follow up calls from Omaxe.

I know 5 person including me of OSV, out of that 3 has not paid (including me again). I am waiting for the revised demand from Omaxe, after that will make payment.

Few paople including me have already paid the amount.

As per discussion with Omaxe people they'll return or adjust the interest amount waived off by HUDA after getting the notice from them although it was just an verbal commitment.

Also It is very important for all of us to meetup and discuss our views.

Hello,

I have a flat in ONH and on asking for revised EDC/IDC figure, Omaxe told me that they have received notification regarding Omaxe Heights only and will be adjusting it against next demand or final settlement. No notification has been received for any other Omaxe project.

I don't think notification will be project based, it should be general in nature.

I had visited Omaxe Spa Village today. Looks like work is on with some speed. I believe posession will be given by beginning 2013.
Does anyone want to share if they have paid additional demand for EDC charges..i have not.

Hi, friends.....
Yesterday I visited... Omaxe Spa Village,
sector 78 Faridabad......plz note.....

1.) Quality of plaster is very poor, sand is coming out, as ratio of cement is not proper.
if u will rub hands on the plaster, it will come out completely u can make hole in plaster with hands.

2.) Curing of plaster is very important, which is not done.

3.) They have used unbranded vitrified tiles & bathroom tiles..."BAHUT GHATIYA"....!!!

4.) Door frames wood is very poor..............

sab kuch ghatiya....maine to nahi rehna aise flat mein......!!!
