जागरण संवाद केंद्र, फरीदाबाद : सेक्टर-82 स्थित पार्क ग्रेंडुएरा रेजीडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के सदस्यों ने रविवार को प्रधान और उपप्रधान पद के लिए आयोजित चुनाव प्रक्रिया में हिस्सा लिया।
एसोसिएशन के नवनिर्वाचित चुनाव अधिकारी केके पांडे ने बताया कि एसोसिएशन में 235 पंजीकृत सदस्य मतदाता है। चुनाव प्रक्रिया सुबह नौ बजे से दोपहर दो बजे तक चली। चुनाव अधिकारी अशोक ग्रोवर को नियुक्त किया गया था। चुनाव संबंधी जानकारी रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में पहले ही दे दी गई थी। चुनाव शुरू होने से पहले रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय की ओर से अधिकारी चुनाव स्थल पर पहुंचे और आवश्यक कार्रवाई के बाद चुनाव प्रक्रिया शुरू हुई।
एसोसिएशन के अंतर्गत कुल 235 मतदाता सदस्यों में से 173 सदस्यों ने मत का प्रयोग किया। प्रधान पद के लिए कर्नल आरके टंडन और बी सिन्हा के बीच टक्कर थी। इसी तरह उपप्रधान पद के लिए केके पांडे और मनीष के बीच टक्कर थी। वोटों की गिनती के पश्चात चुनाव अधिकारी अशोक ग्रोवर ने कर्नल आरके टंडन को 89 मत हासिल करते हुए प्रधान पद का चुनाव जीतने की घोषणा की। उपप्रधान पद के लिए चुनाव लड़ रहे केके पांडे ने अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी को 116 मत लेकर परास्त किया। कर्नल टंडन व केके पांडे ने इसके लिए सभी का धन्यवाद किया है।

Dear Sirs,

I am happy that the RWA is finally taking shape, although I could not be present in the voting that happened. Maybe, one option for taking our votes could be through a vote-by-email.

Additionally, I am sharing the following correspondence that I have received from BPTP for maintenance charges. Request to know from you what is the current status

Making a demand draft/ pay order is a time consuming activity and going personally to deposit is not possible for a few people like us. Please share a account number with NEFT code to help make these payments possible through netbanking.

I am not sure if this amount is under debate or contestation, and would request that I be infomed if anything of this happens with the RWA as I dont want to pay beyond what is due.

Dear Residents

It has been our endeavor to provide best in class services to our valued customers residing in the Park Grandeura project.

We as an organization treat Park Grandeura as one of our signature projects and are committed to maintain this complex as a premium development, but we are sure you would understand that large amounts of outstanding for services which we have already rendered over period constraints our ability to continue with the quality of service which we have maintained at Park Grandeura till now.

You are requested to please clear the outstanding amount of CAM charges in your accounts at the earliest. We would like to reiterate that as per the terms of the maintenance contract signed by you, Clause 3.7 “ Upon the commencement of this agreement BPMS shall raise monthly maintenance bills in advance at the rate of Rs. 2.25 per square feet of super area of the flat. The bills so raised shall be payable by 7th of each month.”

In the case the common area maintenance charges are not cleared by 3rd December 2012 we would be constrained to charge interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the period of delay in payment after due date as per clause 4.4 of the maintenance and services agreement signed between us.

To address any issues raised around maintenance bills, we are organizing a camp from 30th November to 2nd December 2012 at the estate office of Park Grandeura, where you can get clarifications, if any on your maintenance bills.

We are happy to constructively engage with each one of you individually to resolve any grievances you may and build a relationship that all of us can be proud of.
