You can check it on real estate sites like magicbricks etc, the avarage rate for 3 and 3+1 is 3500.
If you have bought for investment to take good return, you can wait for some more time like a year,
you will get good returns. If you have bought for your own use, calculations does not matter,
and I guess we will get it sooner or later, already delayed a lot.
yes, possession is not going to happen for all the towers by 2015, or God knows RPS's plan.
