RPS Savana Construction Updates and Possession, Resale prices discussion

At last some good news on Savana possession.
After a gap of > 3 years, Demand letter for T-11 Building is also raised.
Hope now they will expedite completion of the project.

I called RPS today and they said that T-11 pocession will be not before Dec,14. So going by their earlier promises i think add 1-2 years more...

For Tower8 & Tower4 they said that they are awaiting OC and hopeful of getting it by end of this month !

Couldn't find any discussion on the subject matter during last few days. RPS was assuring, till middle of May-13, to start possession of T3 to T8 by May-13 last week / June - 13 first week which is going to be another false assurance as usual. Is any body is having any further news.

Can any have information about getting Occupancy Certificate (OC) for given possession of Tower- 8 & Tower-4.
RPS Savana renew license again up to 28 June 2015 as per HUDA web site information. Please Seema ji, Yadav ji, dheeraj ji & other active member share for any information regarding getting OC for Savana.

Hello ,

I called RPS yesterday (ie. 19th June 2013) to know about the update on OC.
They said that they will get it in this month or maximum by July and as soon as they get the OC they will start giving possession.

So lets hope for the best .

3400 in existing market conditions? hehhehehe.. sorry. Also B2 tower is at a bad location. Has its balconies facing each other because of the design they have made. 2900 se zada koi nahi dega

Congratulations to Piyush buyers for towers F, G & H. Finally Occupation Certificate for Towers F, G and H has been received by Piyush.
Any idea about RPS savan Occupation Certificate. RPS apply for Occupation Certificate of Towers T-8 and T-6 before Piyush. What results comeout, please share any information regarding RPS Savana OC.
