Ferrous is charging interest at a phenomenally high rate of interest of 24% compounding daily. Hence they never share the working on ad hoc interest they mention on demands. Similarly we too can claim penalty for delay at same rate.
Anybody having any idea about How will they get our flats registered, Do they have the POA for the same?
Also why no Loan on this prooperty?

May i once again request a response from Ferrous Phase I project , sector 89, flat owner.
I am not getting any response from Ferrous regarding their pending liscence issue and hence delayed possession.
Can anybody put light on this.
