RPS Group starts possession of SAVANA with illegal demands

Piyush Group Buyers have formed a group of approx48-50 buyers , and have approached NCDRC, and they have got favourable decision too . I think they are the Best examples at this forum. Individually i think that they would qualify for State Commission , but as a Group they have approached NCDRC.

There are pros and cons in both approaches, Similar to Piyush, Several buyers from RPS are also in a group case with NCDRC, Over last 2-3 years, I have personally attended several hearing, and there are numerous cases cases where people have clubbed up to file cases, However unfortunately , still majority of times, such cases continues to go on and on for maintainability issues, Our judiciary is too thick skinned for that matter...

It is also a good option to consider district/state forum and file individual cases rather than continuing to wait for long for members to join in and actively contribute to a group case

If Judicial & Police sysyem is overhauled by the New Government than it will have a Real cascading effect in whole society and that would greately help in Development of Our Country.

I think Registration of RWA,(under Haryana Registration & Regulation of Societies Act 2012) and than aproaching NCDCR , with Common complaint ,with Complainants as Signatories,& member of RWA, would help .

They are not agreeing for penalty payment, RPS is making excuse of delay payment against non payment of penalty.
i bought in resale, as per RPS, the earlier owner once only delayed his payment by 15 days approx,

RPS is giving what reason to you???
